NNO Returns to Boynton Beach!
Wednesday, August 5 | 5 to 8 p.m. | BBPD Headquarters (2100 High Ridge Road)
The Boynton Beach Police Department invites the community to its annual National Night Out event, an evening built around fun, and face time with the officers who serve Boynton Beach every day. This event is free to attend and brings the community together for an evening of family-friendly fun and connection. The event will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including a bounce house, face painting, entertainment by Digital Vibez, and more.
Meet the Units That Keep Boynton Beach Safe
The BBPD K9 Unit and Drone Team will give live demonstrations throughout the evening. Attendees can also meet and interact with several specialty units on site, including:
- Crime Prevention
- SWAT Team
- Neighborhood Officer Program (CRA)
- Street Crimes Unit
- Motor Unit
- Marine Unit
- BBPD Explorers
- Crime Scene Unit, with a hands-on activity, and more.
Presented by Florida Power & Light, the first 300 children to attend will receive a free backpack stuffed with school supplies. First-come, first-served, while supplies last.
BBPD will also be handing out free child safety ID kits for parents.
