The backbone of any police department are the men and women who
work the streets. The majority of our sworn personnel are
assigned to the uniformed services division and do exactly that.
The city is divided into four sectors (northeast, northwest,
southeast, southwest). The sectors are patrolled 24 hours a day,
365 days a year by dedicated police officers.
Patrol is divided into four shifts. One lieutenant is assigned
to each shift as the shift's commander. The lieutenants are Lt.
Lisa Harrison, Lt. Stewart Steele, Lt. Paul Deale and Lt. David Wier. Click here to read their biographies.
Sergeants
serve as field supervisors. There are three sergeants assigned
to each shift. The sergeants are Sgt. Tom McCabe, Sgt. Leif
Broberg, Sgt. Chuck King, Sgt. Phil Hawkins, Sgt. Luis Rodrigues,
Sgt. Theresa Everett, Sgt. CaryAnn Davis, Sgt. Rich McNevin,
Sgt. John Dunlop, Sgt. Mike Johnson and Sgt. Russ Faine.
