Chapter 4 of the City of Boynton Beach's Code of Ordinances governs the basic keeping of personal pets. Livestock, poultry and farm animals are not allowed within the city limits. Residents that harbor wild animals or exotic animals must possess a current permit from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, if applicable.
