Finance / Budget Services

The office of budgetary services is one of the most important areas within the administrative division. 

In this office, every purchase made by the police department is recorded in a computerized ledger and balanced against the budgeted amount for the appropriate division for that fiscal year.

The budgetary services unit works closely with the city's finance division as a liaison between our management and the city.  The unit ensures that monies are allocated in the most efficient means possible.
