14-044766 22:58 Hours Burglary Residence NE 5Th Street
Victim arrived home to find forced entry through a sliding glass door located at the rear of the residence. Once inside the suspects removed a Black Apple Macbook, a Wii and Nintendo 64 game consoles. The victim was able to find the serial number for the Apple Macbook that was later entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen. Total loss estimated at $2,000 dollars.
14-44694 1359 hrs Exposure Arrest 600 SE 4th St. (Pence Park)
W/M, Francisco Roberto, 06/04/84, arrested for Exposure of Sexual Organ after he thought it best to urinate in the park in front of several patrons and a police officer.
14-44692 1334 hrs Burglary Auto 145 Spruce St
Victim advised unknown person entered her unsecured vehicle and stole makeup, costume jewelry, and a diaper bag containing diapers. No suspect information. Occurred sometime between 2230 hours last night and 1015 this morning.
14-44657 Suspicious Incident 120 NE 12th Avenue 0431hrs
Officers responded to the above area in reference to the report of 2 males about to fight. The reporting party stated that one of the males was armed with a gun. The males were located and subsequently identified. One of the males was found to be in possession of what appeared to be a firearm in the front of his waistband. The males were detained and the firearm was determined to be a BB/Pellet gun.
14-44539 1204 hrs Assist to Postal Inspector 1530 W. Boynton Beach Blvd.
Units responded to the U.S. Post Office in reference to an irate customer committing a battery on a postal employee by throwing a 1lb box at them. U.S. Postal Inspector was notified and was responding with a two-hour window of arrival. Officers documented the incident as a police assist until Postal Inspector advises if incident will be deferred to BBPD for pursuit of criminal charges. Customer was not present upon police arrival.
14-044464 20:41 Hours R/A 3190 Ocean Pkwy
Defendant: Barbara Lee Harp DOB 08-20-1970. Officers Responded to a disturbance, Defendant became abusive and started to yell at officers. After Approximately seven minutes of screaming Harp was taken into custody without incident. A NTA was issued without incident.
14-044484 23:09 Hours Vehicle Failed To Stop 1300 Block N Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Herny attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a white Volkswagen bearing Fl. tag BAFW50 for limo tint. Information was also learned that the vehicle was transporting a substantial amount of narcotics. The vehicle immediately fled and Officer Herny advised that he discontinued the stop via the police radio. The vehicle was not involved in a forcible felony and Officer Herny followed department policy.
14-44359 0519 hrs Shots Fired 123 NW 10th Ave.
Several complaints received of shots fired in the area of 100 NW 10th Ave and 200 NE 12th Ave. Officers checked the surrounding areas but did not locate any evidence, victims, or any witnesses who could provide suspect information.
14-44376 0853 hrs Burglary Auto 3903 Westchester Way
Victim reported unknown person entered their unsecured vehicle between 0200 and 0830 hours, removing a laptop left within.
14-44388 0945 hrs Burglary Auto1061 Grove Park Cir.
Victim reported unknown person entered their unsecured vehicle between 2200 and 0650 hours, removing sunglasses, books, backpack, and an assortment of credit cards.
14-44393 1026 hrs Electrocution 1540 SW 8th St.
Units responded to the area of Staple’s parking lot in reference to a male found unconscious while working with the electrical system of a parking lot light. Units observed evidence of male having been electrocuted and FD was able to retrieve the male after determining area was rendered safe. FD immediately began CPR and transported male to Delray Trauma where he was subsequently pronounced dead. DBureau and Crime Scene responded. OSHA notified.
