The Boynton Beach Police and Fire Communications Center serves as a lifeline to both the public and field personnel. It is our mission to provide the citizens of Boynton Beach and our emergency response personnel with professional Public Safety and Emergency Medical dispatch via certified and committed professionals.

Last year, Boynton Beach Police Communications handled 53,590 emergency 9-1-1 calls. They also took 180,075 calls on the non-emergency line, and 157, 835 of those were incoming calls.
