In order to begin a career with the Boynton Beach Police Department, you will be required to participate in a comprehensive pre-employment screening.  The first step in this screening is the thorough and accurate  completion of our personal history questioner.  Upon successful completion, you may be invited back to participate in the following screening sessions: 

  • Written Exam

  • B-Pad Exercise

  • Conditional Offer of Employment

  • Background Investigator's Interview

  • Computerized Voice Stress Analysis

  • Background Investigation

  • Psychological Examination (Written)

  • Clinical Psychological Interview

  • Command Level Interview

  • Medical Exam / Drug Screen
