The administrative staff of the uniform services division
is comprised of an administrative sergeant and a court liaison.
The Administrative Officer, Nathan Winland, serves as the
Executive Officer to the Uniform Services Division Commander. He
supervises coordinates off-duty employment requests, extra
patrol requests and manages our fleet. Officer Winland can be

obligations, generating schedules and preparing correspondence.
